Expertise in construction
For clients
For general contractors, builders, technical service companies and industrial operators, cooperation begins with a clear requirement. Describe the trade, location, scope and intended timeframe. We assess which specialist businesses may be technically and organisationally suitable and whether appropriate capacity is available.
Possible scopes include defined subcontracted works, individual trades, specialist installations and project-based execution teams. Technical and commercial conditions are discussed before any order. Scope boundaries, responsibilities and the appropriate contractual structure are agreed individually. Coordination follows those agreements and the actual conditions of the project.

For subcontractors
We welcome European specialist businesses in construction, electrical works, HVAC and plumbing, concrete, drywall, roofing, painting, tiling, steelwork, welding, industrial assembly and mechanical services. An introduction may provide access to relevant inquiries and opportunities for lasting relationships. It does not promise any volume of work or award of a contract.
We want to understand your specialisms, experience, capacity and target markets. We expect lawful business status, demonstrable qualifications, organisational reliability and the necessary documentation. Language capability, safe working practices and clear contacts also matter according to the project. Introduce your company with realistic information about availability.

Depending on the country, scope and employment or contractual structure, A1 certificates, professional qualifications, insurance and country-specific notifications or registrations may be required. Not every document is mandatory in every case. A subcontractor agreement does not automatically make labour leasing lawful. The actual working arrangement, contractual model and applicable requirements must be assessed case by case, with qualified legal advice where needed.
